Why don’t we…color block more often?

If there is one thing I love, it’s color. I’m not the kind of person to wear all back all of the time. I find it so satisfying to come up with different combinations of different shades. The combination here is rather simple, which can be good if you are the type of person who doesn’t wear color much. A great entrance into the world of color blocking can be to start with a neutral basic color and go from there.

I wanted to try and create a casual meets clean cut look with this. While I realize it’s not a practical application to drape your jacket over your shoulders, I do love the way it photographs. Pairing a leather jacket and some sneakers to a tailored look is a great street style that you will see a lot of on the streets of Chicago.
